JUNIPER STINK BUG
Widely distributed throughout the United States.
Distinguished by the mottled jade-green color and the yellowish to ivory colored spot in each corner of the scutellum.
This genus, with at least 11 species in North America, are known to visit lights at night. The one pictured here came to the light on a campsite picnic table.
