This is a hybrid of white ibis and scarlet ibis.
The scarlet ibis(Eudocimus ruber) is native to South America, mostly the northeast coast, and a few Caribbean islands. Vagrants or escapes from captivity are occasionally found in South Florida. Pink or multi-colored, as is seen here, hybrids are known to sometimes occur.
